Massachusetts caregiver killed in double-fatal Rhode Island crash after reported hit-and-run
A Massachusetts caregiver is being remembered after authorities released that she is the second woman killed in a double-fatal crash Monday.
Monday afternoon, Cumberland Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to the area of 210 Pine Swamp Road for a motor vehicle collision with two fatalities.
On Tuesday, police confirmed that one of the victims was identified as 25-year-old Sara J. Laboissonniere of Cumberland. The second victim was released on Wednesday as 57-year-old Olga Millette.
Police were also able to confirm that there was a motor vehicle hit-and-run crash to an attended vehicle that occurred moments earlier in the area of Pine Swamp Road and West Wrentham Road; approximately ½ mile west of the fatal crash site. The suspect vehicle of that crash fled the scene and ultimately was one of the vehicles involved in the double fatal collision.
It has been confirmed the suspect vehicle in the Pine Swamp/West Wrentham Road crash was not the vehicle being operated by Laboissonniere.
According to police, Millette recently moved from Blackstone Massachusetts to Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Those who knew Millette stated that she was an amazing caregiver at Visiting Angles in North Attleboro. She is also being remembered as a kind and loving person full of life.
Determinations relative to the crash scene from the Rhode Island State Police Accident Reconstruction Unit are still pending.

Curious about that hit and run, why is it not listed in the cumberland police log that day or any day? How bad could it have been, a mirror maybe hit another mirror etc????? It seems some facts cant be researched. Or is the Cumberland police hiding something as they are know to do??
