Latest Netflix scam. Don’t fall for it!
Another scam is circulating to get people’s bank information.
In scam emails that look like they are coming right from Netflix, customers are told there has been an error in billing and your account has been disabled. They then try to trick you into giving you your payment information.
If you receive this email, or one similar, do not click on the link. If you are unsure if it is Netflix or not, log into your account and check your billing information that way.
According to Netflix, the company will never ask for personal or payment information of any type in an e-mail.
