Fall River dispensary one of 26 to receive priority certification
808 potential Massachusetts marijuana businesses submitted at least partial applications for priority certification, which would give them an advantage in applying for a recreational license.
According to today’s Cannabis Control Commission meeting, economic priority applicants submitted 222 complete applications. 313 are incomplete. 58 are approved.
There are 63 pending applications from registered medical marijuana dispensaries and 84 that are incomplete and 36 are approved.
Xiphias Wellness, Inc. of 482 Globe Street Fall River obtained Provisional Certificate of Registration. Due to gaining priority certification, their application will be considered more quickly. The Globe Street location will replace The Uke and Walko Bowlaway locations.
Hope Heal Health, Inc. and CannaTech Medicinals, Inc. , both future Fall River dispensaries, received priority certification last week.
Hope, Heal, Health, Inc is converting 50,000 square feet in the former Border City Mills complex at 1 West St in Fall River.
CannaTech Medicinals Inc. is building a 50,000 square foot growing and processing facility near Amazon in the biopark along with a dispensary off of Hartwell Street in the city.
