Rehoboth “explosion” sends three burn victims to the hospital
A serious incident has taken place in Southern Massachusetts just before the New Year.
Just before 8:00 p.m., a call came into dispatch for an explosion at 160 Rocky Hill Road in Rehoboth.
According to Rehoboth Assistant Fire Chief Mark Haskell, 2 victims were transported by Rehoboth EMS and 1 by Attleboro EMS to Rhode Island Hospital.
The three victims have varying degrees of burns from a cooking accident.
No other details have yet to be released.
