Police in RI looking for vehicle in hit-and-run that left pedestrian with multiple injuries
Police are looking for the public’s help to find a reported hit-and-run driver.
According to Pawtucket Police, at approximately 12:30 a.m. this morning, a 41-year-old pedestrian was struck from behind while walking in the vicinity of 496 Beverage Hill Avenue.
The victim was transported to an area hospital with head and leg injuries and is currently listed in stable condition.
Evidence was seized from the scene and the pick-up truck depicted is believed to be the suspect vehicle involved. The vehicle should have a missing passenger side mirror as well as possible front passenger side damage.
