Fall River passes 11,000 cases, city sees more deaths, over 12% of residents have had COVID-19
Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday.
According to the Mayor’s Office, 11,014 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 62 case increase reported since Tuesday.
The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.
Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 increased to 283 as 3 new fatalities were announced on Wednesday. 2 new deaths were reported on Tuesday. 4 more deaths were announced on Monday. 1 new death was announced on Friday. 4 more deaths were reported on Thursday. On Wednesday, 2 new deaths were reported. 14 deaths were revealed on Tuesday. 3 deaths were announced the previous Thursday.
140 cases were reported on Thursday. Friday saw 55 more cases of COVID-19. 261 new cases were revealed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 45 new cases were announced on Tuesday.
