Report broken down by district sees Massachusetts schools had 163 cases of COVID-19 in last week
The latest figures concerning COVID-19 in Massachusetts schools has been released.
The report by Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education reveals that 163 tested positive. 106 of the positives were students and 57 were staff in the time period between October 1 and October 7.
The report only includes positive cases of students and staff who have been in school for either in-person or hybrid learning. Remote learning cases are not counted.
