Coast Guard rescues one, searching for others after boat capsizes
A rescue is underway after a boat capsized in area waters.
According to the United States Coast Guard Northeast, rescue crews from Air Station Cape Cod have recovered one fisherman and are actively searching for three additional fishermen after receiving a distress signal this afternoon from a boat that capsized and sank.
The boat reportedly capsized 24 nautical miles southwest of Martha’s Vineyard.
