A trip to a Massachusetts convenience store recently created a multi-millionaire thanks to a State Lottery instant game.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Baker Law Group Mass Lottery Trust XXI of Hingham has claimed the first $5 million grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$5,000,000 100X Cashword” $20 scratch ticket game.
The trust, represented by trustee Michael Baker, opted to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $3,250,000 (before taxes).

The winning ticket was purchased at Dairy Fine, 201 Fulton St. in Norwood. The store will receive a $50,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
One more grand prize of $5,000,000 remains unclaimed for this game.
