Man reportedly injured in afternoon shooting in Fall River

Fall River crews responded Monday afternoon after a report of a person being shot.

According to scanner transmissions, at just after 3:45 p.m., a call came into dispatch for a man shot in the leg in the area of the intersection of Carlisa Drive and Doyle Street.

It is currently unclear what the victim’s condition is or what led up to the shooting.
