The Department of Human Services is seeking information regarding relatives or friends of 69-year-old Joseph Farias who died on February 4,2026, at Rhode Island Hospital, 593 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02903.

His last known address is 475 Fish Road, Tiverton, RI, 02878.
