Emmy-nominated tv host and ghost hunter bringing free show to Fall River
The Emmy-nominated host of New England Legends is making his way to Fall River for a new presentation.
A ghost hunter, folklore researcher, and professional storyteller, Jeff Belanger is the author of more than a dozen books, including Weird Massachusetts and The Encyclopedia of Haunted Places. He is also known for his popular TV series and podcast, exploring the haunted, paranormal, and just plain weird side of New England life and history.
On Wednesday, November 19th at 6:00 p.m., Belanger will bring the spooky back to the yuletide time of year with this eerie holiday show at the Fall River Public Library on North Main Street.
From the origins of the holiday to the monsters and ghosts that lurk in its shadows, Jeff will take attendees on a multi-media journey of this haunting holiday! Based on his “Creepy Christmas” PBS special and his best-selling book The Fright Before Christmas, this night may just save the holidays from ruin!
This program is NOT for young children. The event is free and open to the public. No library card or registration is required. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
