Fall River personnel respond to initial report of morning stabbing with masked man at residence

Fall River personnel responded to a reported stabbing on Friday morning.

According to scanner transmissions, at just after 10:15 a.m., a call came into dispatch for a stabbing on Stafford Road. The report stated that someone knocked on the door and when he answered, a masked man stabbed him in the arm.

A request sent to the Fall River Police Department to confirm these details has not yet been answered.

Transmissions indicated that Fall River Police were investigating the incident.
