7-year-old Massachusetts child suffers cardiac arrest after ingesting fentanyl

A young child in Massachusetts reportedly ingested drugs which has led to charges.

According to NBC10 Boston, 33-year-old Kelvin Lazala of Lynn has been charged with drug trafficking, assault and battery on a child with substantial injury, and possession of a large-capacity firearm.

Lazala’s child ingested fentanyl and reportedly suffered cardiac arrest which has led to rehab.

NBC10 Boston stated that Lazala was attempting to flee the country before his arrest on April 10th .
