39-year-old Massachusetts man killed in crash on Route 495 leaves behind fiancée, 5 children

A Massachusetts man who died after injuries sustained in a crash on Route 495 is being remembered.

According to Massachusetts State Police, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, patrols from the State Police-Foxborough Barracks responded to calls reporting a crash and rollover on Route 495 northbound in the area of exit 41 in Franklin.

Upon arrival, Troopers found a man had been ejected from the vehicle which had rolled multiple times and began attempting life-saving efforts. Franklin Fire and EMS arrived on scene and transported the man to a Milford Hospital.

The injured man, 39-year-old Anthony “Ace” Espino from Weymouth, was pronounced deceased upon arrival to the Milford Facility. The operator of a second vehicle involved in the collision was not injured.

According to a GoFundMe fundraiser, Espino leaves behind fiancée Fransua and children Anthony, Alejandro, Elijah, Julianna and Anthony Jr. He is being remembered as a great man, son, and father with a memorable smile.

The crash remains under investigation by the State Police-Foxborough Barracks with assistance from the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, State Police Crime Scene Services Section, and State Police Detectives from Troop H. The crash and its possible causes remain under investigation.
