According to Massachusetts State Police, Troopers early Sunday morning have arrested a man for OUI, drugs, and other offenses after a crash on Route 3 in Weymouth. The crash caused an unrestrained toddler passenger to be ejected.

Florian Roshi, 34, of Weymouth, veered out of his lane and hit the guardrail. He then veered back into the lane and over-corrected, causing the toddler to be ejected.

A second passenger, an eight year old boy, was not injured and has been placed in the custody of authorities.

The three year old male child has life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
