15-year-old Brockton teen killed, three other teens rushed to the hospital in Randolph crash

One teen was killed, and three other teens transported to area hospitals following a crash on North Main Street in Randolph last night, according to the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office.

15-year-old Terry Boston, Jr. of Brockton was pronounced deceased on scene. Another male occupant was transported to Boston Medical Center via medical evacuation helicopter and admitted to intensive care. Two female passengers were also transported via ambulance to area hospitals.

Randolph Police were called to the scene of the crash at roughly 10:30 p.m. Initial observations and investigation indicated that the vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Altima, was traveling southbound, left the roadway, and collided with a tree in the vicinity of 701 North Main Street.

Friends of Boston say that he was a member of the Brockton Raiders football team, and his brother was also injured in the crash.

The facts and circumstances of how the vehicle left the road remain under investigation by Randolph Police, the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office Motor Vehicle Homicide Unit, and the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services Section.

There are no charges in place at this stage of the investigation.
