Westport man wanted for scams in Fall River, other local towns

Paul Diogenes, 46, of Westport, MA is currently wanted for Identity fraud, Attempt to commit a crime, Forgery, Uttering and Larceny Over. Diogenes is attempting to cash counterfeit checks in and around Fall River. The checks look authentic but are in fact fraudulent.
Diogenes has cashed counterfeit checks both here and in Providence.
