Warwick man arrested for allegedly dealing drugs to high school students
Warwick police arrested a man today after an investigation into drug dealing to high school students.
According to WPD, Warwick Police detectives and school resource officers conducted a joint investigation concerning the delivery of narcotics to certain Pilgrim High School students in Warwick.
As a result of that investigation James M. Denier, 65, of West Shore Rd, Warwick, was arrested in the parking lot of Pilgrim High School at 11:00 a.m.. 10 grams of marijuana was seized from his person. He was arrested and charged with Distributing a Controlled Substance Near a School and Distribution of Schedule V Narcotics and Marijuana to Minors. Denier was held for arraignment. No students were placed at risk during this investigation.
