Vessel capsizes off coast of Tiverton
Multiple agencies responded to a capsized boat Wednesday morning.
Just before 9:00 a.m., a call came into dispatch for a boat taking on water.
Fall River, Tiverton, and Little Compton responded to the incident off of Jack’s Island in Tiverton.
The capsized vessel had three members aboard.
According to scanner transmissions, there were occupants who were possibly suffering from hypothermia.
At least two of the three individuals were taken to Rhode Island Hospital.
