Two suffer life threatening injuries in serious Raynham crash
RAYNHAM — Police Chief James Donovan and Fire Chief Bryan LaCivita report that the Raynham Police and Fire Departments responded to a crash Saturday morning that resulted in serious life threatening injuries to two adults.
At 9:52 a.m., the Raynham Police and Fire Departments responded to the crash on Thrasher Street where two passenger vehicles were involved in a head on collision. Two individuals suffered serious, life-threatening injuries in the crash; one victim was taken to Boston Medical Center and one to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton.
The crash caused a temporary closure of Thrasher Street between King Phillip and East Britannia Streets. The road reopened at 11:45 a.m.
The cause of the crash remains under active investigation by the Raynham Police Department.
