Two seriously injured in late night Lakeville crash
Lakeville Fire Department responded to Rt 140 north (south of exit 10) last night just after 11:00 pm.
According to LFD, Firefighters arrived to find a collision between an SUV and a pickup truck. The SUV was knocked off the road and struck several trees, as it rolled over.
The two on duty firefighters responded to the scene in Ambulance 2. Off duty firefighters responded back to the station to retrieve Engine 1 and Ambulance 1. Chief O’Brien responded to the scene from his home.
Two adult female occupants of the SUV were transported by the Lakeville Ambulances to Good Samaritan Hospital. Their injuries were significant, but believed to be not life threatening.
In addition to the Chief, Lakeville responders included: Lt. Greg Bradstreet, Lt. Pam Garant, Lt Ryan Silvia, Capt. Mike McCullough, FF Justin Wilbur, FF Nolan O’Brien, FF Aidan O’Brien, FF Brien Perkins, and FF Patrick Dunlev.
