Two Rhode Island men facing several charges after 6 ghost guns, 2 short-barreled rifles, 20 large capacity feeding devices, silencer seized
Police have arrested 2 men on several firearm charges.
According to Detective Sergeant Theodore Georgitsis, on Thursday, the Pawtucket Police Department’s Major Crime Unit, the Pawtucket Police Department’s Special Squad Unit along with special agents from Homeland Security Investigations served a court authorized search warrant at an address on Hanover Avenue in Pawtucket earlier this morning.
Investigators located and seized an assortment of firearms to include 6 ghost guns and 2 short-barreled rifles, as well as 20 large capacity feeding devices and a silencer.
34-year-old Robert Beauregard of Pawtucket was charged with Possession of a Silencer and Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device.
36-year-old Jarah Beauregard also of Pawtucket was charged with 6-counts of Possession of a Ghost Gun /Undetectable Firearm, 2-counts of Possession of a Sawed-Off Rifle, and 19-counts of Possession of a Large Capacity Feeding Device.
Both individuals will be arraigned at 6th District Court in Providence Friday morning.
