Two local men previously charged arrested on list of drug and firearm charges by multiple agencies

Multiple agencies combined to arrest two local men on drug and firearm charges.

According to police, on Tuesday, the Pawtucket Police Department in conjunction with the Providence Police Department and the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force served a court authorized search warrant on Newport Ave. stemming from a Providence Police investigation.

As a result of the search, two pistols with automatic switches, one being a ghost gun, two high-capacity magazines, Cocaine, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine were all located in the apartment.

The two parties, Anthony Folcarelli (5/24/96) and Davon Silva (10/7/96) were taken into custody and charged with the following.

  1. Delivery w/ Intent Schedule I/II-Cocaine
  2. Delivery w/ Intent Schedule I/II-Fentanyl
  3. Delivery w/ Intent Schedule-I/II-Methamphetamine
  4. Keeping or Maintaining Common Nuisance
  5. 2 counts: Possession of Firearm while deliver or manufacturing narcotics
  6. 2 counts: Manufacture, sell, purchase or possess machine gun
  7. 2 counts: Modification of semi-automatic weapon
  8. Possession of Ghost Gun
  9. 2 counts: Large capacity feeding devices prohibited
  10. Conspiracy-Drugs

Folcarelli also had an outstanding Providence PD arrest warrant.

Silva will also be charged with 2 counts Possession of a Firearm prohibited-person convicted and Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct from a prior domestic related
incident.

Court records show that at arraignment in 6th District Court, Folcarelli was held without bail with a conference scheduled for October 21st. Silva was granted $2,000 surety bail with a conference scheduled for August 5th.
