Two injured, including one medflighted, in serious morning crash on Route 195
Two people were injured, including one sent to the hospital by medflight, after a serious crash this morning.
Marion Fire/EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash early Saturday morning on Route 195 near the Mattapoisett town line.
One patient was transported to St. Luke Hospital and the other was air lifted to Rhode Island Hospital after a prolonged extrication. A landing zone was established in Washburn Park.

Marion Fire/EMS/Police, Mattapoisett Fire/EMS/Police, Wareham EMS, Massachusetts State Police, Wareham Fire Department, and Rochester Police all responded to either the crash scene or the medflight landing zone.
No further details were released on the conditions of the occupants.
