Two held on bail after being accused in Fall River masked home invasion

Fall River Police arrested two men last week in a reported home invasion.
According to police, on Thursday, Officers responded to an active break-in at 672 Tucker Street as reported by the complainants. The apartment’s front door had clear signs of forced entry, and the complainants indicated the intruders were still present in their apartment.
Two masked suspects, 22-year-old Donald Hernandez and 20-year-old Shiloh Fernandes, were found inside the residence.
After detaining the uninvited masked guests, officers continued their investigation.
The complainants stated they had been terrorized the previous night by three masked men demanding money and trying to force them out. The suspects allegedly returned later that day, prompting the tenants to flee and call the police.
Both suspects were arrested for the following charges of Breaking and Entering during Daytime with the intent to commit a Felony and Unarmed Burglary.
At Friday’s arraignment, Fernandes and Hernandez pled not guilty.
They were held on $4,000 cash bail and have a probable cause hearing in March.
