Two from Somerset, one from Scituate, arrested on Possession with Intent to Deliver charges

On Sunday, members of the Rhode Island HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Unit arrested three local residents in an operation in New Shoreham, Rhode Island.

According to Rhode Island State Police, 28-year-old Wyatt Laprade of Scituate, Rhode Island was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine to an Undercover Police Officer; Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine; and Controlled Substance Conspiracy.

30-year-old Evan Borge of Somerset, Massachusetts was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine to an Undercover Police Officer; Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine; and Controlled Substance Conspiracy.

27-year-old Morgan Deplitch of Somerset, Massachusetts was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance/Cocaine to an Undercover Police Officer; and Controlled Substance Conspiracy.

All three were transported to the New Shoreham Police Department and the Wickford Barracks, where they were arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center.
