Two deceased from injuries sustained in two-vehicle Foxborough crash
Two people are dead after an afternoon crash on Friday.
According to police, at approximately 4:40 p.m., the Foxborough Police Department and Fire Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash in the area of South Street and Cedar Street.
Motorists at the scene were injured and subsequently transported to area hospitals.
As a result of the motor vehicle crash, two individuals in the same vehicle were pronounced deceased.
The operator of the second vehicle remained on scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The victim’s names were not released pending notification of next of kin.
The crash is currently under investigation with the assistance of MSP CARS unit and the Norfolk DA’s Office.
