Trip to Massachusetts convenience store results in $1 million State Lottery win on instant game

A trip to a Massachusetts convenience store became very lucrative after a big State Lottery scratch ticket win.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, The 38 Green Pine Trust of Taunton has claimed a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$4,000,000 Bonus Loot” $10 instant ticket game.

The trust, represented by trustee Jake Rogers, opted to receive its prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes).

The winning ticket was purchased at Lucky Spot Convenience Store, 342 North Main St. in Randolph. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

The “$4,000,000 Bonus Loot” game includes one more prize of $1 million that has yet to be claimed.
