Trip to liquor store turns into $2 million State Lottery win for Massachusetts woman; here is how she plans on spending it

A Massachusetts woman is on the move after a trip to the liquor store resulted in a big State Lottery win.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Tuyet Le of Dorchester has won a $2 million grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$2,000,000 50X Cashword” $10 instant ticket game.

Le chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $1,300,000 (before taxes). She plans to purchase a house with the winnings.   

She purchased her winning ticket at Savin Hill Wine & Spirit, 1051 Dorchester Ave. in Dorchester. The store will receive a $20,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

$2,000,000 50X Cashword has three $2,000,000 and seven $1,000,000 prizes remaining.
