Traffic, shuttle, entertainment schedule for Day of Portugal Fall River; here is what you need to know

A festival that brings food, faith, and entertainment to the city is returning once again.

Day of Portugal Fall River, which takes place every year at the Gates of the City down near the waterfront on Ponta Delgada Blvd. is back in 2025.

One of the more popular events in Fall River which features Portuguese and American singing acts, along with food from area restaurants, and a kids fair, is scheduled to take place from Friday June 6th to Sunday June 8th this year.

Admission is free.

The current confirmed entertainment includes:

To accommodate the event, Ponta Delgada Boulevard will be closed between Anawan Street and the Water Street Connector during the festival hours.

Parking & Shuttle Trolley Options provided by the City of Fall River

Free shuttle service will be running Friday through Sunday on a constant loop (every 25–35 minutes) from select parking areas marked with a ⭐️:

William Street ➡ Almond Street ➡ Ferry Street
