Tiverton restaurant branching out with second location at local country club; here is when they will open and what you can expect

A local restaurant which opened in April of 2024 is branching out with a new location.

Pine House Kitchen & Bar, a casual eatery located at 13 Crandall Road in Tiverton, is opening another location at Montaup Country Club, 500 Anthony Road, in Portsmouth called Iron & Oak Kitchen.

Pine House emphasizes house-made dishes, and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where you can bring your family, but also meet with friends.

Everything is made from scratch. Fresh pizza dough, desserts, bread, and cakes. The menu focuses on American comfort food with pub-style flair, including appetizers like garlic honey sriracha wings, crab artichoke dip served in a warm skillet, made-to-order cornbread with honey butter, deviled eggs topped with bacon, fried pickle spears, chili fries, and crocks of chili. They also serve craft burgers and local seafood.

When we asked owner Jared Machado if the Montaup location will be similar to Tiverton he stated it will be, however, there will be no pizza for now and he noted that the bar is controlled by the course.

The opening day is slated for April 1st, and they are currently hiring for all positions. Just drop by 13 Crandall Road for an application.
