Tiverton Police to cop a beard for a good cause

Tiverton Police are looking to raise money for a good cause. Even if it makes their face a little itchy.

According to the Tiverton Police Department, officers are raising money and paying to grow beards for the next five months (October 01 to March 01) with everything they raise going to Cops For Kids With Cancer, Inc.

They even approached it with some humor by stating in a Facebook post, “What do these three things have in common: Santa, Lincoln, and Tiverton Police? BEARDS!”
