Maintenance Technician – Dalkey Management
$17 an hour
Apartment Property Management Firm – Full Time Position
Duties include but not limited to:
– general building repairs – including plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems
– complete apartment unit turnover
– snow removal
– work orders – complete in timely fashion
– Grounds maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, raking, disposing of leaves and refuse and snow removal. help maintains safe working conditions for employees and residents, resolving safety concerns quickly
– Janitorial – general
– lock-outs
– trash removal
– cleaning – common areas
– coordination with outside contractors
Requirements:
– Individual must have experience and skills in building maintenance
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Experience with light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting
– Reliable transportation
– Available for on-call responsibilities nights and weekends
– Experience in the multifamily industry is preferred
– Willingness to submit to a drug and background check, ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States, a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed.Salary: $17.00 /hourJob Type: Full-time
