Thanks to the power of social media, Fall River man’s deceased son’s stolen vehicle located
Some good news after a Fall River man who just recently lost his son, had seen his son’s car disappear.
According to Paul St Laurent, his son’s SUV was stolen sometime Wednesday/early Thursday.
St. Laurent’s son, 48-year-old Oscar “Jay” McElroy passed away Friday, October 21 and the vehicle belonged to him.
St Laurent took to social media to thank the public for helping him retrieve the vehicle.
“To all my friends and family. Thanks to one of my son’s great friends, no names will be mentioned, his car is now back in our possession and safe. The power of the internet can be a very resourceful tool. Now it is time for me to try and calm myself after a very stressful day. Thank you to all who put the word out there to try and help us get it back.”
