Taunton Police looking for car who hit several bystanders while racing
Taunton Police are looking for the public’s help to find a vehicle involved in a crash that hit multiple pedestrians.
In the early morning of Sunday August 2nd, Officers responded to a medical call where several bystanders watching street racing in the Industrial Park area of 450 John Hancock Road were hit by one of the vehicles racing when it lost control.
According to police, the vehicle is an orange/black Honda Civic hatch back with white writing “D- Built” on the front windshield and the vehicle would have front end damage with a possible cracked windshield. The front half of the Honda Civic Hatchback is black from the front driver/passenger side doors with an orange front bumper back.
Police state that these street races bring in bystanders and participates from Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York.
