Swansea responded to a fire at a residence on Wednesday morning.

Firefighters from Warren provided station coverage while Swansea firefighters worked at the scene. Members of Swansea EMA provided rehab for the firefighters.
Red Cross volunteers responded to the scene to provide comfort, advice on next steps and financial support.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Swansea Fire Department with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit attached to the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
