Superintendent Malone updates Fall River on threats and safety measures
Superintendent Malone also reiterated that threats should be brought to the attention of administration or the police department immediately.
Regarding the two social media threats that were levied against Durfee and other Fall River schools, Superintendent Matthew Malone has stated that while the investigation involving local and federal authorities is ongoing and the threats are being taken seriously, neither threat appears to be credible at the present time. Out of an abundance of caution, however, the enhanced security measures will continue throughout all the schools.
Superintendent Malone also reiterated that threats should be brought to the attention of administration or the police department immediately.
