St. Anne’s Credit Union begins annual campaign to help keep Fall River warm
St. Anne’s Credit Union is once again helping to keep Fall River residents warm.
According to a statement by the Credit Union, once again St, Anne’s Credit Union is participating in the annual blanket and winter clothing drive sponsored by the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless and the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA). Throughout the month of January, employees and members are invited to donate new cold weather items including pajamas, scarves, blankets, hats, and mittens – at any branch location – to be disbursed to individuals in need in the community including through their award-winning Warm Hands, Warm Hearts Initiative where employees place cold weather items on the fence outside of the Corporate Office for those in need.
Since the drive’s start in 2011, over 7,200 items have been delivered to individuals and families in need throughout the winter season.
