Somerset Police investigating after urn dug up at town cemetery

Police are investigating a disturbing incident that allegedly took place at a local cemetery.

Somerset Chief of Police William Tedford confirmed to Fall River Reporter that an urn was dug up at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Somerset on Friday.

Chief Tedford stated that the urn was dug up over some type of family dispute.

Criminal charges are expected to be filed.

The investigation is ongoing.
