A Massachusetts man plans on having some fun and paying off debt after hitting big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.

According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Daniel Reynolds of Quincy is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$25,000,000 Mega Money” $50 scratch ticket game.

He chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to use his winnings to travel and pay off his house.

He purchased his winning ticket at 200 Food Mart, 200 Sea Street St. in Quincy. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.

$25,000,000 Mega Money has two $25,000,000, two $2,000,000, and six $1,000,000 prizes remaining.
