While snow totals overnight were on the low side, the white stuff has left roads slick, causing accidents.

According to the Westport Fire Department, at approximately 5:00 a.m. this morning Westport firefighter/paramedics responded to a motor vehicle crash into the woods on Main Road.

One patient was transported to a local hospital.

At approximately 7:00 a.m., Engine 3 & Rescue 2 were enroute to an auto versus pole on Horseneck Road.

Roads remain slippery in spots and WFD ask to please use caution this morning when heading out.
