Several Fall River events have been rescheduled due to rain in Saturday’s forecast.

Now on June 28th, the City of Fall River is hosting a Pop-Up Clean Up. Gather your team and meet at the corner of Pleasant Street and Flint Street to help keep our communities clean from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pre-registration for an accurate number of volunteers is requested. In collaboration with the Department of Community Maintenance, necessary equipment for the clean-up will be provided.

The Fall River Symphony Orchestra concert at the Norton City Pier will now take place on Sunday June 15th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Greater Fall River RE-CREATION will be returning to Ruggles Park this year for their FREE citywide event, Kick-Off to Summer including the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament.

Both Kick-Off to Summer and the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will now take place on Friday, June 20th beginning at 4:30 p.m. and finishing by 8:00 p.m. Both events are FREE for the entire community.

There is no entry fee for the basketball tournament. Entries must be submitted no later than Wednesday, June 11th at 45 Rock Street.

Kick-Off to Summer will feature a rock wall, variety of carnival games, face painting, food, beverages, bounce house, resource tables from members in and around the community and more!
