Several arrests made after complaints of drug dealing, public urination, defecating in public and using illegal substances openly at residence

Authorities have arrested 10 people after numerous complaints from the public involving a residence.

According to police, on Thursday, the Pawtucket Police Department’s Narcotics Unit with the assistance of the Pawtucket Police Patrol Division, and Pawtucket Police K9 Unit, conducted a court-authorized search warrant at 907 Main Street in the city of Pawtucket after a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of Cocaine and Fentanyl throughout the City of Pawtucket.

Detectives conducted a month’s long investigation into the residence after receiving numerous complaints from area businesses and residents of known narcotics users and dealers utilizing the residence as a drug “trap house”.

Throughout the day and evening hours, numerous customers and dealers were observed entering and exiting the residence and conducting their illegal activities inside and outside of the residence.

Other complaints received by the police department were of people urinating in public, drinking alcohol in public, defecating in public and using illegal substances openly.

As a result of the search warrant, detectives located and seized a .38 caliber Smith & Wesson Revolver, approximately 10 grams of Crack Cocaine, digital scales, cutting agents, packaging material, and numerous used syringes.

Based on the investigation, the following individuals were charged.

25-year-old Denia Maria Gonzalez: possession of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance

26-year-old Herman Mendes-Moreira: visiting a common nuisance

45-year-old Melissa Wagel: possession of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance

54-year-old Alexandre Dafonseca: visiting a common nuisance

41-year-old Jennifer Perito: possession of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance, and bench warrant for failure to appear

34-year-old Michael Trombley: possession of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance, and bench warrant for failure to appear

39-year-old Karliff Bowman: possession of cocaine and visiting a common nuisance

42-year-old Jose Nobre: visiting a common nuisance

31-year-old Jason Gamboa: carrying a pistol without a license or permit, visiting a common nuisance, and possession of cocaine

39-year-old Jason Pedro: maintaining a common nuisance

The investigation is ongoing.
