Services have been announced for a missing local woman who was found deceased.

According to an obituary, “Amy Nadolny, of Middleboro, MA, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and creativity. Amy was known for her fun, caring, and spirited personality. She had a special place in her heart for the elderly and dedicated much of her adult life to nourishing them through her work in the food service industry at various nursing homes.

“Above all, Amy was a devoted mother to her sons, Kaiden Machado (20) and Joshua Veary (7), and a proud grandmother to Amelia Charlton Machado. She found joy in creating lasting memories with her children and granddaughter-whether dressing up in costumes on the weekends, sitting by the fire, fishing, or floating down the river together.

“Amy will be remembered for her infectious laugh, her love of singing and dancing at work and in life, and the way she welcomed everyone with open arms. Her vibrant presence touched all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the joy she brought to others.

“A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 14, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Isidore Parish, 340 Center Street, Middleboro, MA.

“To honor Amy’s memory and support her sons, a savings account has been established for Kaiden and Joshua. Contributions may be made in their name to the care of their aunt, Tracy Duguay.”
