RISPCA, police, looking for information concerning dog shot in head
Officials are looking for the public’s help concerning a dog that was shot and found in a bag.
On May 29th, the Narragansett Police Department located a deceased canine off the end of Knowlesway Ext. The Narragansett Police and RISPCA are looking for any information regarding the canine and owner.
The canine appears to be a mature male that is a terrier type dog which is black in color and approximately 5-6 years old. The canine appeared to have a severe, systemic skin infection that would be immediately recognizable to anyone that knew this dog.
The canine was also shot in the head and placed in black garbage type bag, according to police.
