RISPCA looking for public’s help after dog found shot to death at local beach
The Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is looking for the public’s help.
The RISPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the person or people responsible concerning a dead dog found washed on Barrington beach
1 of 3 dogs found dead on the beach in April was determined to have been shot several times after a necropsy conducted by the RISPCA.
