Rhode Island State Police arrest wanted 38-year-old Fall River woman

State Police have arrested a wanted Fall River woman.

According to Rhode Island State Police, on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m., Troopers arrested 38-year-old Brandilee Raposa on an active Fugitive from Justice Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for a Parole Violation on the original charge Assault and Battery out of the Fall River Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Rhode Island Hospital to take custody of Raposa.

Raposa was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of the Rhode Island Sheriffs.
