Rhode Island man indicted on 18 counts concerning disturbing charges for crimes against juveniles

A Rhode Island man is facing over a dozen counts on disturbing charges.

According to Coventry Police, on May 6, 2026, following a lengthy investigation initiated in 2025, a grand jury returned a true bill against 64-year-old Ken Marrocco, formerly of Coventry, based on allegations presented by the Coventry Police Department’s Detective Division, involving the sexual abuse of juveniles known to him, over the course of several years.

On May 22, 2026, Marrocco was arraigned in Superior Court on 1 count of First-Degree Child Molestation, 3 counts of Second-Degree Child Molestation, 5 counts of First-Degree Sexual Assault, 6 counts of Second-Degree Sexual Assault, Assault With Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Assault, Indecent Solicitation of a Minor, and Possession of Child Pornography.

Marrocco, who was initially arraigned in Third Division District Court in 2025, remains on $30,000 surety bail with home confinement conditions.
