Rhode Island and Florida residents held without bail after arrest on drug and gun charges

Two people are facing several gun and drug charges after a recent local arrest.
According to police, on Wednesday, at approximately 2:45 p.m., Lincoln Police Officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the Limerock area near Route 146. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop, and the occupants were identified as Evan Tucker, age 30, of Providence, RI, and Sabrina Biscoglio, age 31, of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
During the course of the stop, a search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of a 9mm pistol, along with a significant quantity of narcotics. Seized from the vehicle were approximately:
190 grams of methamphetamine
9 grams of ketamine
8 grams of cocaine
Drug paraphernalia
A digital scale
A large quantity of cash
As a result of the investigation, Tucker and Biscoglio were both charged with:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver (multiple counts)
-Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation
-Conspiracy
Additionally, Tucker faces further charges of:
-Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited
-Obstruction of a Police Officer
-Resisting Arrest
Both parties were held without bail.
